I have a problem with my 2013 Kia Pro Ceed. My passenger side LED started blinking out of nowhere last week. Then this weeks the driver's side started doing the same. The way it happens is that during daytime they work on 100% brightness and without issues. 1. Disconnect the battery negative terminal. 2. Remove the air duct and air cleaner assembly. (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "Air Cleaner") 3. Disconnect the starter cable (B) from the B terminal on the solenoid then disconnect the connector from the S terminal (A). 4. Remove the 2 bolts holding the starter, then remove the starter (A). Failing or Dead Battery. A bad or dead battery can cause your Kia not to start. If the battery is too weak, it will not be able to send power to the starter. It will usually make a clicking sound when you turn it over, but in some cases, the dashboard lights may flicker for this problem.
