The yellow exclamation point close to the center of the odometer looks like an exclamation point surrounded by parentheses. This light means you should check your tire pressure. Once you have checked the air in the tires and remedied any issues, push the "Set" button on the dashboard. The light should disappear.

The speedometer cable turns, it makes terrible noises (and I've seen it turning) however it doesn't stay in place into the bell-shaped plastic behind the counter. The length is good, I can pull the cable with a small plier, and it had worked a little bit when installed.

see this video - make sure radio is off then put key in ignition and put in auxiliary (one click before you start the engine) then turn radio on and should work. Just wanted to add to this thread in case anybody else runs across this gauge cluster not working problem I had this exact same problem, plus the f37 fuse kept blowing. I replaced the brake light switch and it didn't fix the problem. After troubleshooting a bit, I saw that the 3rd brake light wasn't working. Unplugged it and problem fixed.
